That is what has been keeping me busy for months. Well, not the only thing, but a big chunk. What started out as just an off the cuff remark by my friend ended up becoming a new website & I now have a business partner. I also learned more about web programming than I’ve ever known. Frank did the really complicated parts but I did a pretty big chunk of it.
It’s a website to help people reconnect with others they’ve lost touch with – friends, family, colleagues, army buddies, etc. We’ve tried to make it very flexible and easy to use. Seriously easy. I had a friend of mine who is completely computer illiterate help us test it.
If you’d like to take a look at it, the url is: http://www.lostfriendfound.com/
We’d love to get some feedback on it so if you get a chance, let me know what you think about it.
Well what we’d really love is if we get thousands of people signing up & telling everyone about it.
What I failed to mention, which is why I’m back to edit this post, is: Everyone who signs up now gets a year free membership and a 25% discount off the the regular price for life. We’re doing the freebie for a month.

No problem registering, but is the confirmation email a 24-hour operation? It’s been about 2 hours or so and I still haven’t gotten it.

Dave, it should go out within minutes. Did you check your spam folder? If it seems completely lost, let me know & I’ll manually activate you.
