Yep, that’s right. I am done. I have finished my Christmas shopping. Not only that but I have birthday presents as well, because a few people didn’t plan things out so well and I have 2 nephews & a niece with birthdays all around Christmas. Oh, and just about everything is wrapped, too.
You may start throwing things at me now. For the next 24 days, all I have to do is…. oh, uh, nothing. Nothing at all. Just sit around, listening to Christmas music and baking Christmas cookies.

Seriously this is the first time EVER that I finished early like this. I was just telling Lou that part of the reason is because it’s been so beautiful out the past few days that I wanted to take advantage of the nice weather. And the other part – last year was so horrible. No one felt like Christmas. No one felt like doing anything. I think on some level I was thinking, okay, everything is good now, I’m in a good mood, no one has died, nothing bad is happening so better get out there quick and get everything done.
