I had to disable my little plug-in that catches spam. There must have been a compatibility issue (which is odd for it to turn up suddenly like that). The reason for disabling it is the stupid software wasn’t letting me post a new entry.
Why am I telling you this? Without that software, there are going to be strange comments, many containing weird links. I’ll delete them as soon as I see them but… well, if I’m not here and some get through and you’re wondering who the heck assdxxx3234 is who is now my new best blog buddy, that’s what’s going on. Spam.
Editing to add (in case you don’t read the comments): If anyone tried to comment yesterday or early this morning & got a weird error saying you were considered spam – it wasn’t you. I got the exact same message when I tried to post. This was related to the plug-in which is now disabled.

! We all know that you being a closet supporter of your best blog friend, assdxxx3234. And on a possibly related subject, why did our friend Lanny get an error message when she tried to leave you a comment, that told her she was blacklisted? Poor thing’s got a complex now, thinking you 86′d her from you blog–but I know you wouldn’t do such a thing. Right? I mean, I know none of the rest of us are as interesting as assdxxx3234, but we’re loyal! 
Tell Lanny that I got the same message. That’s how I knew something was wrong. I mean it’s MY blog so how could I be on the blacklist?
Well, I guess that explains why I was just emailed a link from your blog to check out a new comment (haven’t gotten one of those in a long time) and when I clicked it I wound up on your May 27 blog with no new comments and wondering why I was sent that. That does explain it, doesn’t it? Or are you just trying to get everyone to come look because you’ve posted multiple entries today!

Yep. Or maybe whoever is messing with me by calling cops and car service companies also hacked into my blog and is messing around here, too, sending out random emails and telling people they are spam.
I tried to comment last night and I got one of those weird error messages saying that my message couldn’t go through because I was being considered possible spam. Thanks for the explanation. Don’t you just love technology?
