I’ve heard a lot of those “Life is Like” analogies and some of them are decent but some of them are really strange. The other day, I was at a stop sign when I overheard a conversation among a group of elderly people, “Life is like a bus. You never know what you’re getting on.” Is anyone else going, “Huh?” at that one?
Now I know many of you don’t see buses on a regular basis, except maybe school buses but don’t buses usually have some sort of indication as to where they’re going? Around here, you even have bi-lingual buses:

Maybe the old guy can’t see too well so for him, it probably is an adventure. And yes, that big building on the left is the Empire State building.
